Summary: Works cooperatively with members of Single Event and Business Development to grow existing clients, meet or exceed monthly business development goals while increasing client satisfaction and loyalty.  


Responds to inbound referral clients in a highly responsive service oriented manner
  • Builds a detailed knowledge of GRG operational and service capabilities to effectively service clients
  • Educates clients about benefits, terminology, and features of organizational services to improve growth and client satisfaction
  • Contacts clients following case closure to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • Remains current on service offerings, process, and protocols
  • Identifies trends in client satisfaction or dissatisfaction
  • Proactively recommends information needed from client to increase satisfaction and improve implementation quality
Teams effectively with operations/lien analysts to deliver service to our smaller clients
  • Obtains and accurately processes client transactions and communicates with appropriate members of staff
Identifies small/medium prospects in new/secondary territories, qualifies these prospects, and initiates relationships with them.
  • Determine client requirements and expectations to recommend specific service, solutions, and cost
  • Proactively engages outside sales executives on larger opportunities
Increases integration cases by cross-selling, add-on and promotional events
Effectively manages time, meets personal and business unit goals
Works independently and as an effective team member
Regularly communicates integration clients with others, as appropriate
Presents a professional image at all times to clients and other business unit constituents
Assists with vacant territory needs for CDMs and SCDMs as necessary
Regularly participates in meetings and is dependable as an internal/external resource on assigned projects
Other responsibilities as assigned


2+ years in inside sales, business development, or sales support role
Experience in a client service industry preferred but not required (e.g. Legal Services, Financial Service, Healthcare)
Highly motivated with potential to build a career track into outside sales, national/larger account sales, and potentially sales management roles
Able to adapt to constantly changing environment
Effective communication skills, written, oral, and listening
Strong internal and external client service skills
Problem solving and analytical ability
