JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Systems Engineer develops, tests, implements and oversees the maintenance of infrastructure solutions and packaged applications for server and desktop environments for multiple client environments. In addition to ensuring high availability IT services, this individual provides systems technology expertise for customers, including Microsoft Windows, server and PC hardware and computer peripherals. This individual is actively involved in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. This position also works closely with the client Help Desk services team by providing leadership and resolving technology problems as necessary.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years systems hardware and application support experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology specialty, or related field a plus.
