Career Evolutions is searching for a Career Coach for our clients in the Outplacement and Career Management practice areas.
Job Title: Career Coach
Job Description: You will be responsible for supporting our clients with Outplacement and Career Management services. You will coach high-level professionals through their career transition and expertly coach them on their job search strategy and providing them services including resumes, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews, interview preparation, offer evaluation and salary negotiation coaching, information on networking best practices, and other support as requested. You will meet with them in-person, via phone, and Skype and you will also act as liaison to other service providers including resume writers and recruiters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree a plus
2+ years of hands-on coaching experience supporting professionals through all aspects of career transition
Diverse professional background including corporate experience as well as a coaching background
Recruiting/HR background preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent relationship building skills and a natural ability to make clients and individuals feel cared about
Strong sense of empathy, positive outlook, and ability to motivate others
