Description:
The administrative support is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and influencing talent for all levels of positions. Develops recruitment strategy for each profile market and clearly defines sourcing strategies and expectations.  Assist candidates with the application process.

Responsibilities:
  • Build networks and unique strategies to find qualified candidates
  • Assist candidates with the hiring and application process
  • Applicant screening and review
  • Schedule interviews
  • Maintain a referral database
  • Contribute to weekly meetings with recruiters and strategy meetings with hiring managers
  • Mine job boards and post positions
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of back-end searches and ATS a plus
  • Must be fast paced, very well organized and detail-oriented
  • Must have strong written communication skills

The Recruiter will be responsible for executing all phases of recruitment activities to hire professionals and exceed client expectations. This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, directing applicants to appropriate hiring managers for direct hire and contract openings.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and sourcing professionals through multiple search methods including but not limited to sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals and networking.
Match qualified candidates to appropriate opportunities according to our client’s staffing needs.
Comply with expected business growth of both individual and company goals ensuring minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly as set forth by management.
Job Requirements:

Must have strong written communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation and strong assessment skills required.
Must be very well organized, be detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
