Job Duties
Primary responsibilities include:
 
 
  1. Oversight and supervision over multiple disciplined crews performing construction work in industrial plants.
  2. Adhere to company policies and procedures
  3. Adhere to all safety regulations
  4. Daily interaction with work crews, sub-contractors and clients
  5. Ability to review, write and facilitate change orders
  6. Keep key management informed via approved reporting systems
  7. Budget, Cost and Schedule
  8. Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of proposals for new projects
  9. Additional duties as required to support client facilities
Must have qualifications include
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of five (5) – ten (10) years of relevant experience in the industrial field
Prior experience participating in business development
Other Skills/Abilities:
 
  • Candidate must be proficient with personal computers and software including Microsoft Office products.
  • Candidate must be able to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
  • Candidate must possess ability to multi-task.
 
Location/Duration:
 
  • Anticipated start Mid-February/March 2014.  Position is long term
  • Travel a possibility
