  Responsibilities:
 •Implement, configure, and support overall monitoring and performance management over the enterprise wide applications, such as SAP, SharePoint, Java, .Net, SQL, etc.
•Define and standardize proactive monitoring approach and success criteria including establishing best practices, operation standards and governance structure
•Develop and own the monitoring architecture/platform, alerting mechanisms and escalation process to ensure business continuity and per business demands, application and infrastructure requirements
•Create and maintain operational dashboards for both real-time and trended views for multiple levels of users (Operations, Engineering, Development, Business and Executive)
•Collaborate with business partners, engineers, developers, infrastructure team, operations to ensure operational readiness of existing and potential solutions
•Train other operations and IT associates on the monitoring tools usability
•Run and review performance monitoring of complex systems and applications on multiple platforms 
 
Job Requirements       
 •Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills dedicated to completing tasks on Schedule
•5+ years of implementation/administration knowledge of popular monitoring suites such as: CA Wily, SCOM, Openview,
Tivoli(IT camp)
 •8+ years Information Technology experience
•5+ years of experience in system, network or application Administration with expert troubleshooting ability
•Advantage if have strong technical experience of an application hosting IT environment (including web servers, database, virtualization, storage, load balancers, firewalls)
•Strong working knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH,DNS)
•Good Experience in multiple scripting languages is preferred (PowerShell, Perl)
 •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus people and interpersonal skills
•Ability to multi-task, tasks prioritization, work independently with minimal supervision in a 7x24 environment
 •Strong understanding and knowledge of ITIL framework best practices for IT Service Management.
•BS Degree at minimum, Microsoft certifications in Windows Server, IIS, SQL and UNIX server certification preferred
Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
