Description SalesForce (SFDC) Business Analyst
iPipeline has a unique opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst interested in being part of building an exciting new product on the SFDC platform.  The ideal candidate will be a strong Business Analyst background with strong understanding of Salesforce development platform.  The primary responsibility to effect, specify, and verify needs of the project stakeholders, and end users and be able to design, manage, and execute the requirements on the Salesforce Platform.  This person will play a pivotal role in providing Salesforce expertise and guidance.
What you will be doing?
  • Configure platform to meet requirements including installation and configuration of app exchange applications
  • Design, manage, and execute on Salesforce configuration assignments.
  • Communicate/Collaborate with developer on implementing solutions that require Apex Language, Classes, Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages
  • Prepare dashboards, pipelines, and other ad hoc reports
  • Pro-actively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing systems and Salesforce.com setup
  • Work closely with Product Manager and cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business processes and integration with other products within the company
  • Identify CRM training needs, partner with internal stakeholders to develop training materials and programs, and deliver training
  • Creating Content for Help Files
  • Support the design, implementation, and rollout of Salesforce Application
  • Support the design, implementation, and rollout of comprehensive Insurance Industry Solution
  • Reports to Director, CRM RD
Knowledge Requirements
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Development/Administration experience
  • An understanding of contemporary requirements gathering, analysts, validation, and management practice.
  • Report Design and creation
  • Analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, disseminate high-level concepts into details, distinguish true needs from amongst the collection of requirements, and create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Interpersonal skills to liaison extensively with customers and internal stakeholders negotiate requirements.
  • Organizational skills to regulate the vast influx of information and to ensure the project stay within timelines.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Salesforce.com Admin Certification (201)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Experience writing Apex code and developing on the Force.com platform
  • Understanding of sales pipeline management and sales operations goals and best practices
  • Major Plus: Advanced Admin Certification; Developer Certification
  • Major Plus: Insurance Industry Experience
  • Major Plus: Building a Product, Agile Development Methodology
  • Major Plus: Modeling skills to represent requirements in a graphical manner by converting technical matter to a natural language, including using modeling languages already in practice within the organization; Use Case
