Summary of Position: Provides overall support to the Human Resource function and specific administrative assistance to the Director, Benefits/ HRIS Manager and Recruiting Manager. Maintains corporate HR files, personnel records, and ensures confidentiality of HR information. Schedules interviews, assessments, background checks, training venues, materials, presenters. Assists with power point presentations, publications, and manual updates. Assists with updating the company intranet for HR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
