Handles the day-to-day administration of the Sequent Retirement Savings Plan, File Remittances Commission Tracking and Document Scanning
  • Works directly with the employees to answer questions regarding the plan
  • Processes all employee loans, distributions, In-Service and Hardships withdrawals
  • Enters all 401(k) deduction and changes into our payroll system
  • Works closely with Sequent Financial Educators to set up 404(c) client meetings
  • Sets up new client plans in our payroll system and with the Third Party Administrator
  • Processes changes client make to their adoption agreement (ie: match and eligibility)
  • Runs census reports and other administrative reports
  • Prepares eligibility enrollment kits for new enrollees.
  • Create and remit 529 contribution to Blackrock
  • Work with Finance on uploading Client Sponsored 401(k) contribution files to the different carriers
  • Work with new clients on setting up remittance process via website
  • Log commission checks on spreadsheet and provide to Finance for deposit
  • Provide commission allocation spreadsheet for each check received
  • Research and resolve questions that Finance provides
  • Scan and index all paperwork into Intellivue
