|Description||Novus Origo is seeking is seeking a Web Developer to design, build, deploy, and support HTML mock-ups based on supplied story boards for online instruction courses. This position can be a virtual role for the right candidate.
The selected Web Developer will design, build, deploy, and support HTML mock-ups based on supplied story boards for online instruction courses. The Web Developer shall ensure that all products are 508 compliant.

|Required Skills||To be considered for this position, candidates must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
-Extensive experience building online instruction courses in HTML.
-Experience developing accessible solutions and testing for Section 508 compliance.
-Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles preferred.
-Experience with Storyboard creation preferred.
-Knowledge of SCORM standards preferred.
-Experience includes with the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) process in support of training programs preferred.
-Strong client-centric consulting skills, with an emphasis on real world, practical problem solving.
-Fluent in English (Excellent written and oral communications skills).
-Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
-Must be able to pass a federal background check.
