Career Evolutions is searching for a Recruiter for a fast-growing storage and office solutions company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time position with compensation of up to $55,000 + Benefits.
Job Title: Recruiter
Job Description: You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting encompassing over 100 locations throughout the United States and Canada. This position plays a key role in building relationships with internal managers and external candidates. You will be required to develop and implementing creative recruiting plans and/or strategies in order to seek the best possible talent for the organization. You will be recruiting high volume sales people. You will be working closely with the HR department and good networking skills are a big plus.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred · 3+ years of recruiting experience · Excellent communication skills and a strong analytical skill set · Ability to work in a fast paced environment · Comfortable advising and influencing hiring managers at all levels of the organization · Excellent abilities to work in a team environment · Results-oriented individual with a high energy level · Strong organization and time management skills · Experience using ATS (iCIMS) strongly preferred · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
