Project Manager for HRIS needs assessment, software analysis, implementation, and on-going updates and maintenance.
Responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of human resources system projects in meeting all professional standards for human resources and systems development and implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will be mentoring the HRIS analyst located in Indiana, and will regular updates and performance feedback with Head of HR.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
|Required Skills|| -3-5 years of combined experience as a human resource analyst/administrator/technician and information systems analyst/technician required.
-Previous system implementation experience required of a large scale nature.
-Experience interfacing with IT partners and implementation and maintenance experience of ATS is required.
-Knowledge of HRIS systems and data analysis required; Experience with Ultimate, ADP, and/or Peopleclick, a plus.
