SUMMARY
 
Project Manager for HRIS needs assessment, software analysis, implementation, and on-going updates and maintenance. 
Responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of human resources system projects in meeting all professional standards for human resources and systems development and implementation.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Develops formal plans for carrying out assigned projects using appropriate planning methods and experimental design and testing.
  • Directs/executes assigned projects including data collection/design & development specifications/testing criteria/recommendations & implementations.
  • Presents proposed projects to all levels of management, makes recommendations, and discusses & clarifies requests concerning human resources systems.
  • Prepares detailed written reports of projects & documentation for each project to serve both technical and general users.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive systems for human resources data.
  • Works with vendors to design systems specific to the organizational needs.
  • Delivers training materials to end users of implemented systems and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Develops regular and ad hoc reports to meet management requests and needs for human resources information.
  • Coordinates, maintains & enhances human resource systems in conjunction with the user areas and information systems.
  • Ensures data accuracy in all human resources systems and performs regular data audits.
  • Performs related tasks as requested.
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will be mentoring the HRIS analyst located in Indiana, and will regular updates and performance feedback with Head of HR.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Four-year college degree in personnel management, business administration, computer science, quantitative systems or related degree with some specialization in computer related experience.
  • 3-5 years of combined experience as a human resource analyst/administrator/technician and information systems analyst/technician required.
  • Previous system implementation experience required of a large scale nature.
  • Master's Degree a plus.
  • Experience interfacing with IT partners and implementation and maintenance experience of ATS is required.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training methodologies and materials.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and data analysis required; Experience with Ultimate, ADP, and/or Peopleclick, a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, team player, strong follow-up, operates with a sense of urgency to get things done.   Detail orientation a must.
Required Skills -3-5 years of combined experience as a human resource analyst/administrator/technician and information systems analyst/technician required.
