Career Evolutions is looking for an Inside Sales Manager for a fast growing business-to-consumers sales and marketing company based in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time with a base of $ 65,000 + commission + benefits.
Title: Inside Sales Manager
Responsibilities: You will lead teams of Sales professionals with a focus on building customer relationships, increase revenue, and improving current sales processes and will serve as a liaison between Directors, Coaches and the client. You will be adding new campaigns while continuing to focus on maximizing active campaigns and reaching our targeted goals. You will be building, coaching, developing and leading a team of Sales Advisors. You will be responsible for increasing inbound lead-to-sale ratios by improving the sales process while training/helping new employees and develop sales talent ranging from entry level to President’s club. Inside Sales manager will be reporting to the Director of Sales.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
2-3 years of experience managing a fast paced, high volume call center
Solid B2C Sales Background
Knowledge with sales concepts, practices, and procedures
Possesses high energy, and a can-do sales attitude, and will excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Excellent time management skills
Drive and determination to generate significant additional new business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
