Sales Executive – Recruitment Services ORS Partners

Position Overview The selected candidate will have proven experience in selling a solutions based service and familiarity with our markets, decision makers and buying processes.
Responsibilities will include consulting with clients on their recruiting plans and needs, articulating the value proposition and ROI of the ORS model and demonstrating the effectiveness of our delivery team and methodologies. Value derived from having a clear understanding of the problems inherent in recruiting, talent selection and consultant / candidate placement.
