Description
Novus Origo is seeking a talented Business Development Executive with a successful track record in selling BPO Solutions. – The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing the key capture strategies required for securing new business opportunities in the areas of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). This position can be a virtual role for the right candidate.
 
In this role the Business Development Executive will lead the orchestration of the sales strategies, the development of technical and management approaches, the development and updating of a new business pipeline, and the formulation of highly competitive responses to opportunities within our consulting service areas.
 
This role will also be responsible to drive opportunities from the identification stage to contract award, and will be responsible for closing opportunities for new and existing customers.

Required Skills To be considered for this position, candidates must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

- A "Hunter" based mentality, with a proven ability to research, seek out and develop new business opportunities. New client development will be a major portion of the position.
- At least 4+ years of proven sales success selling BPO consulting solutions, significant background in selling ERP solutions may be considered as well.
- The ability to develop, implement and manage a strategic sales strategy and account plan.
- Perform strategic pipeline management including management review sessions.
- Perform business development activities, including developing and maintaining relationship building with top decision makers at key clients and prospects, building relationships, leading capture teams, leading all aspects of the proposal development process, and contributing to the pricing strategy.
- Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment within tight timeframes to meet multiple deadlines and deliver solutions at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- The ability to recruit, train, provide guidance, motivate and support in the development of High Performance Sales Team.
- Experience in business development for one or more of the following: Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Enterprise Packages, Business Analytics, Operations Transformation, and Infrastructure Management.

Additional Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4+) years of experience with a services consulting firm.
- Fluent in English (Excellent written and oral communications skills)
