Developer Sr (Salesforce.com)
•Responsible for administration, configuration, customization and development within Salesforce.com
•Build data-centric applications within Salesforce.com using Force.com platform and integrate with services outside the platform using Informatica On Demand cloud based data integration tool
•Customize and configure SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, document templates, reports and dashboards.
•Design/develop/maintain custom objects , and custom code using Visualforce/Apex/API
•Create and maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflows, workflow rules, assignment rules etc
•Build and maintain Customer Portal and Sites
•Manage mass imports and exports of data using Informatica On Demand tool
•Development, testing, documentation and implementation of data mappings and associated workflows using Informatica
•Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix production issues
•Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
•Certified Salesforce.com Developer is MUST
•Strong hands-on experience with administration, configuration, customization and development within Salesforce.com report development
•Strong Experience with Visualforce, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, SalesForce Object Query Language (SOQL)
•Deep understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex classes
•Experience in Sharing Settings, Roles, Public Groups, User Administration
•Experience in Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
•Strong experience using Informatica On Demand cloud based data integration tool or equivalent data integration tools such as Apex Data Loader, BOOMI, CastIron is a MUST
•Experience with database development, SQL, PL/SQL and/or T-SQL (Transact-SQL), database schemas, stored procedures is desirable.
•Full understanding of Extract Transform Load (ETL) concepts and technologies.
•Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
•Strong verbal/written communication skills, listening skills, group interaction skills
•Knowledge of application development methodologies – waterfall, agile scrum, SDLC
•Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, technologies
•Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•Proven self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
