In this key support role, you will be the engine behind our growing operation -- the eyes, ears and a key enabler for success. Primarily providing administrative, systems and project support to the Managing Partner you will also build relationships with others on the team of this growing organization.
We're looking for an engaged and supportive individual with solid time management and prioritization abilities who can autonomously handle a wide range of traditional administrative functions without missing a beat, and also juggle the unique tasks involved with working in a growing or start-up organization.
The ability to work independently-fill in gaps with strong follow-through, organizational and interpersonal skills to deal with the details and a range of individuals is essential. A detail, deadline and customer service orientation with the ability to integrate information to accurately understand quickly is required. The capability to keep others on the team on track is also essential. Must have strong, professional written communication skills with the ability to provide examples of your work. Also, excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly.
Office located in Cherry Hill, NJ at home office, but will have potential to work remotely and will have some local travel. Part-time, some flexibility with hours and may go to full-time in the future
