Career Evolutions is searching for an experienced Perl Sybase-SQL Developerfor a fast-growing award-winning tracking and navigation technology company. This full-time role will be based in North Scottsdale, AZ with Salary up to $95,000 DOE plus an exceptional benefit package.
You will analyze functional business applications and design specifications. You will also enhance software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Software Developer within a corporate environment
2+ years of hands-on Perl development experience - this must include object oriented programming, using regular expressions, module design and DBI some experience with C/C++
Strong SybaseSQL skills, MySQL and/or PostgresSQL
Experience within a Linux environment, preferably Ubuntu and CentOS
Experience with database design, optimization and normalization techniques
Familiarity with REST, JSON, SOAP
Good understanding of XML
Experience with front end coding including JavaScript, HTML/CSS
