Description Epiphany, Inc., a NetSuite Solution Provider and SuiteCloud Developer who focus exclusively on NetSuite — Sales, Implementation, Support, Training and Product Development, is seeking a customer facing NetSuite Solution Consultant to work with our sales team to provide solid demonstrations and complete solutions for our e-Service system to our existing and prospective customers.

The NetSuite Solution Consultant – e-Service role has the responsibility to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Epiphany Sales organization for new clients. As a member of this team you will add value throughout the sales process. You bring a depth of experience in solution consulting with previous NetSuite experience as an asset. You enjoy providing application expertise to stakeholders.
 
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, consolidate, design and develop industry-leading demonstrations in collaboration with the sales, product management, product marketing and development teams. This involves general release maintenance as well as creating new demo scenarios, content and scripts that correspond to specific industry demo needs. Understanding of the sales cycle, strategic product messaging, competitive intelligence, and how to implement demo scenarios to sell software that compete well in the SaaS/Cloud marketplace is required.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as subject matter expert in sales opportunities
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite's applications to all levels
  • Provide input to other areas of the business pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates for our e-Service Suite within our NetSuite system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the NetSuite solution on a regular basis
  • Perform needs requirement analysis for new customers ensuring their needs are met in the sales process
  • Responsible for the maintenance, consolidation, design and development of industry leading demonstrations
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales consulting community, Product Management, Product Marketing and development
  • Responsible for general release maintenance including creation of new demo scenarios, content and scripts that correspond to specific industry demo needs
  • Keen understanding of our Sales cycle and how to implement demo scenarios to sell software that competes aggressively in the SaaS/Cloud marketplace is required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 – 5 + years in a pre–sales role
  • Previous experience working with Service Max, Connectwise, Astea, Field One, Servigistics and/or Wennsoft desired
  • Previous experience in sales of CRM and ERP applications
  • Solid application experience using NetSuite required
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to influence others in order to successfully increase deal size and accelerate the buying process
  • Track record of delivering projects and initiatives on time and on budget
