Description Reply to all types of inquiries to CSE insurance policies.  Service all policy problems relating to rating, coverage and premium payment accounting.  Assist on all house account agency files.
Review and issue personal lines new business. Process personal lines and commercial new business, renewal and endorsements within the authority level.
             A.        Reply to all written and telephone inquiries regarding all personal lines and commercial policies.
             B .      Review and issue new business auto/property policies within authority level.
            C.        Process assigned risk and commercial policies which include rating and reconciling manually input premiums.
            D.         Verify premium payment accounting history on all policies
            E.         Verify policy coverage and status for named insured, lienholder, and agents. 
            F.         Review and set up manual policy renewals for the underwriters.
            G.        Process endorsements within authority level by performing data entry.
            H.        Communicate with producers on routine matters both verbally and in writing.
            I.         Check rating on requested policies.
            J.         Perform other duties as assigned.
            A.        One to three years insurance company experience in a personal lines property and casualty department.
            B.        Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
            C.        Able to work independently, as well as a team member.
            D.        Excellent mathematical skills including the ability to rate policies.
            E.         Typing 45 - 55  wpm.
            F.         PC skills, including the use of MS Windows NT, MS Excel and insurance software. 
            High School diploma preferred.
