Supervisor, Document Imaging
 
The dedicated leader we seek will manage the Document Imaging Program including supervising, training, evaluating and conducting performance reviews for assigned personnel. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Administer Insperity Document Imaging Program. 
  • Implement imaging solutions through effective policies and procedures while working closely with Technology Solutions, Enterprise Project Management, Data Entry, and any other departments implementing and maintaining imaging solutions.
  • Identify and research processes that could be improved by the Insperity Imaging Program.
  • Provide imaging expertise to other departments as requested.
  • Identify internal process improvements through forms design and/or form recognition.
  • Train departmental employees on Insperity Imaging Program while keeping up with current imaging technologies.
  • Supervise, train, evaluate, and conduct performance reviews for assigned personnel.
  • Provide production schedules, reports and budget forecasts to management as required.
 
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong database, word processing, and enterprise document management systems (EDMS) skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of scanners and imaging software. Familiarity with barcode symbologies a plus.
  • Document management experience with emphasis on imaging, and data capture.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.
  • Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment, familiar with modern office methods, practices, procedures and equipment, as well as filing systems and business letter writing and competent in correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic.
  • Up to 5% of travel.
