Description Career Evolutions is searching for an Administrative Assistant for a for a fast-growing construction company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. It’s a full-time position with annual compensation up to $40,000.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description: As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all project administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Job responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, reviewing files and records, checking and distributing documents and data, as well as updating and maintaining filing systems and databases.

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience working in an office environment, preferable in the construction industry
  • Well accustomed to the construction language
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and planning experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
