Primary Focus:
 
Regional Sales Executive is responsible for executing the learning platform through managing development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of training programs that are aligned with company objectives, as well as our brand values. The programs will be designed to increase associate performance in the field, to enable our desired customer experience, and to drive top-line volume and growth across all sales channels.
 
 
Accountabilities:
 
• Facilitate training to various audiences
• Partner in strategic development of multi-faceted learning agendas based on business goals and objectives
• Identify and take action on pertinent internal and external customer insights through educational programs
• Perform needs assessments to determine specific training needs
• Develop innovative, engaging, and challenging learning programs
• Communicate with, influence, and align subject matter experts
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key players
• Plan and drive execution of all aspects of education development including needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation
• Align with and implement large scale learning agendas across multiple units and audiences
• Apply adult learning theories, instructional design systems, performance technology and creative approaches to develop learning programs that achieve program objectives and meet the needs of the target audience
• Develop metrics and systems to monitor, evaluate, and review the quality and effectiveness of learning programs for continuous improvement
• Ensures smooth transition from final material design to implementation of program
• Execute according to time and budget parameters
• Continually re-align work to ensure execution
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to maximize potential to achieve learning objectives
• Understand and demonstrate our core values and priorities
• Influence, gain buy-in, and align all partners on the learning strategy, communicating the impact learning through various business metrics and results
• Coach others on learning projects outside the scope of the team to ensure educational integrity and consistency of messaging
• Motivate and develop talent to achieve higher levels of quality, innovation, and personal achievement
