Summary:  Works collaboratively across the organization to design and implement talent supply solutions, initiatives, programs, processes and tools.
 
Duties:  The following responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be inclusive:
 
  • Collaborates with Senior Leadership to create the organizations strategic recruiting plan
  • Collaborates with leadership to drive organizational wide talent supply planning, leveraging various channels and targeted talent pipeline is delivered
  • Develops stategic partnerships with specific Medical Schools, Universities and professional organizations
  • Represents Gonzaba at career fairs and city wide and select national events to support the branding of GMG
  • Proactively leverage sourcing techniques such as cold calling, social media, job boards, referral programs and others to continuously support our hiring needs
  • Recruits and interviews applicants
  • Communicates effectively across the organization to notify of appropriate parties of new hires
  • Ensures pre-employment protocol is followed to include reference checks, drug screens and other medical screening
  • Makes recommendations on staffing needs
  • Works closely with team to create and sustain a hiring protocol to include interview guides and behavioral assessments
  • Maximizes applicant tracking technology to meet compliance requirements and departmental goals
  • Creates and maintains recruiting metrics, reporting on progress as required

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in related field or 8 years of recruiting experience required
  • 3 plus years of leadership experience required
  • 2 years of experience developing social media channels (LinkedIn, Face Book, Twitter, Inst-o-gram) preferred
  • Physician recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience implementing and applicant tracking system required; Knowledge of Ultipro Software preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills preferred
  • Strong progressive experience in successfully developing recruiting strategies with multiple sourcing pools preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings
  • Communicates with entry level candidates as well a Senior Level leaders successfully
 
 
 
Required Skills Education and Experience:
