Call Center Representative

Looking for experienced Call Center Reps to support a multiple channel contact center using web-based tools to navigate government and non-government applications. May be required to support social media activities on an as-needed basis.  Paid training begins soon.

  • High school education or equivalent; college degree is preferred, but not required
  • Must have an impeccable attendance record and excellent work ethic
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months call center customer service experience.
  • Satisfactory background check and credit check--eligible to obtain a government security clearance and cannot be delinquent on any Federal debt.
 Required Capabilities:
  • Effective listening & comprehension skills
  • Ability to closely follow instructions
  • Analytical & resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research the facts & analyze the situation before making a decision
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and excellent grammar
  • Proper telephone etiquette
