The Premier Field Engineer (“PFE”) position is a new role within JDA TECHNICAL SERVICES GROUP(“JDA”) to support one or more of JDA’s critical client relationships. JDA’s client portfolio consists of Fortune 40 & Fortune 500 companies, many of whom are leaders in the software & technical services industries. It is a full-time position with JDA & includes a competitive annual salary, health benefits, performance bonus, long-term incentives & employment stability.

JDA Technical Services Group- Multiple U.S. Locations: Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Austin etc. (Greater Nashville Area) 

The PFE scope of work is extensive & all candidates must have a broad range of Microsoft functional & technical capabilities & specifically, proficiency with the following technologies:

Dynamics CRM Development

The primary work to be performed by these PFE's include (typically under 1 weeks duration per client):
•Standard Product Work Shops- Training
•In-Depth Product Reviews -White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
•Health Checks / Assessments
•Post Operational Review ofproduct implementations
•Product Upgrade Assessments
•Performance Reviews

Candidates must be able to work independently. Characteristics of importance include but are not limited to customer service, problem solving, communication skills, & the ability to read/interpret the needs/wants of customer executives and leaders. Domestic travel is extensive and varies. Advanced Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience- EXPERTISE IN Dynamics CRM with Development experience

Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Expert Level
Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008 & 2012
Windows Server 2008
Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP
Knowledge of DNS, Exchange Server and Active Directory as it relates to successful implementations of Dynamics CRM

Additional requirements include:

Experience with network captures and network troubleshooting
In-depth knowledge on Windows Server 2000/2003
PowerShell V2 skills including scripting
Current Microsoft technology certifications preferred.
