Description Career Evolutions is looking for a Manager – Quality Assurance/Training for a leading and fast paced IT company in Houston, TX. It’s a full-time position with annual salary up to $80,000 + benefits.

Job Title: Manager – Quality Assurance/Training

Job Description: You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the staff in support of residential and small business operations with oversight of training, quality assurance and improvement. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing processes associated with training, quality monitoring and measuring. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying, recommending and implementing training and quality improvement programs and practices with a focus on a great customer experience and a cost-effective, high-performing operation.
 
You will serve as a point of contact for Quality Assurance issues for all work sites and define and maintain standards to ensure integrity of the Quality Assurance process. You will also provide coaching and feedback to personnel being monitored and to their respective supervisors. Domestic and international travel may be required.    
 
 
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of related experience.
  • 5 years experience supervising professional workgroups.
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment.
  • Significant and current knowledge of the gas and electricity industry and competitive retail markets.
  • Takes ownership of identifying needed reports and reporting processes and asserts to ensure needs are being addressed.
  • Knowledge of energy sales and delivery systems, tariffs, customer service, etc.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
