Career Evolutions is looking for a Manager – Reporting/Analytics for a leading and fast paced IT company in Houston, TX. It’s a full-time position with annual salary up to $70,000 + benefits.
Job Title: Manager – Reporting/Analytics
Job Description: You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the staff in support of residential and small business operations with oversight of reporting and analytics. You will also be responsible for identifying reporting needs, defining requirements and satisfying the reporting and analytical needs of operations. In addition, you will be for identifying trends, performing root cause analysis, and implementation of reporting & analytics processes with a focus on a great customer experience.
You will direct a team of analysts to develop reporting and data analytics to support the adequate oversight of the in/outsourced Customer Operations functions. You will also provide coaching and feedback to direct report positions to ensure satisfactory performance levels. In addition, you will implement strategic directives from leadership to enhance customer experiences in both a regulated and competitive market. Domestic and international travel may be required.
Requirements:
5-10 years of related experience.
Previous experience working in a call center environment.
Strong working knowledge of the gas and electricity industry and competitive retail markets.
