Senior Executive Assistant
In this highly valuable position, your professionalism and unwavering work ethic will provide direct administrative and project support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As our top-notch Senior Executive Assistant, you will not only provide support and assistance to other staff when needed but also work independently. Your keen eye for the details coupled with your organizational skills will aid you in consistently and accurately completing complex assignments.  
  • Exhibit a high degree of initiative to anticipate and resolve issues
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, administrative and interpersonal communication skills
  • Interact effectively with all team members as well as a variety of external customers with tact, candor and confidentiality
  • Provide calendar management support and initiate conflict resolution and time management
  • Manage all aspects of CEO’s travel schedule and itineraries
  • Schedule, plan, and organize meetings and conferences including timely preparation and distribution of participant packets, reserving facilities, preparing agendas and arranging teleconferencing equipment
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • 7+ years of administrative and/or executive assistant experience with increasing levels of scope and discretion
  • Well organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Fluency in entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Excellent grasp of correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and handle sensitive issues that require sound independent judgment
  • Experience successfully completing a wide range of competing demands
  • Consummate team player
  • Experience working with a traveling CEO
  • Extreme attention to detail coupled with exceptional initiative and ability to see task through completion
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
