Fortune 500 leading medical device company, where top Medical Device Sales Reps. can make over 160K! This leading medical device company is looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to drive sales in a physician office environment with a medical device or with a top, top pharmaceutical sales Performance track record (no more than 5 years in Pharma). You will be selling a leading medical device to physician offices that centers upon patient contact and continued direct to Patient educational forums!  They are open to Pharma District Managers who would like to rebuild their career in medical device and get out of pharma!  Will entertain those in the hospital medical sales (non-pharma) with top sales performance.  Previous BtoB sales experience is valued and desired. 

Position Location and Coverage:
  • Candidate based out of San Diego or N. San Diego or Temecula, CA
  • Territory is called N. San Diego Territory that covers Northern San Diego and goes West to Temecula and includes Palm Springs.
  • Low overnights per month.


  • Base 60K (no exceptions, this is the base!)
  • Uncapped Commission low: 70K
  • Uncapped Commission high: 100K
  • 130K at Plan Target uncapped
  • Top Reps can make from 135K to over 160K overall (TOP PERFORMERS even higher!).
  • Car Allowance and 100% gas paid (via a Gas Card)!
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K and Stock Options for Sales Award winning Reps.

Required Skills

*Top Performing Outside Sales Representative; best if you have a strong BtoB sales Background COMBINED with at least 2 to 3 years Pharma Sales OR best if Medical Device sales.
*No more than 5 years Pharmaceutical sales experience.
*Will consider STRONG BtoB Sales person with at least 4 to 5 years with same company, top sales awards and/or promoted to sales manager/trainer etc.
*Consistent well over overall quota sales performance year upon year with TOP Sales Award Candidates preferred.
*Lives in desired home base of territory ”
*4 year degree
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple “job hopping”
*Extremely High Work ethic required will require an occassional weekend or evening
