Hospital Sales Position;  A well-known leader and strong growth company in medical devices and medical disposable products.  This huge benefit company is seeking an experienced hospital or medical device or medical disposable sales person OR SUPER strong outside  "business to business" sales person (B2B Sales) selling copiers, ADP or Paychex services or etc. to maintain and GROW current business and obtain NEW business!  Call points are heavily weighted within the Hospital Acute Care setting, along with Wound Care Centers, Home Health and LTACS! You will be calling on WOCN Nurse Professionals, Vascular Surgeons, Podiatrists and other Wound Care Physician professionals to sell current and exciting upcoming line additions!  This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture that supports work life balance for its employees. They are looking for a proven and competitive sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and high energy, who knows how to drive sales and can prove it! 
 
 
Position Location and Coverage
  • Based out of Little Rock, AR
  • Territory covers all of AR, up to Springfield, MO, Southern TN 
  • 30% to 40% travel
Compensation:
  • Base from 65K up to 75K 
  • Commission at plan: 48K UNCAPPED (26K 1st year guarantee!).
  • 118K low to 130K high
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

Required Skills

*4 Year College Degree (NO exceptsions)
*MINIMUM 3 to 5 years Medical Sales background, IS OPEN to strong Business to Business Outside sales person.
*Must have strong relationship selling skills, combined with closing ability in a complex sales environment.
*Must be a consistent sales performer hitting and exceeding quotas and have the numbers to prove it!
*Lives in desired home base of territory
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple jobs (job hopping).
* Must have a STRONG drive and desire to take on the territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and make it their own!

Pay Range
$118,000.00   Annually to $130,000.00   Annually
