The web developer translates design files into dynamic, responsive websites built to the latest standards. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery is essential, experience working with a framework such as Foundation or Bootstrap would be beneficial. Candidate should be interested in learning and staying up to date with new technologies. Web developers work closely with designers, project coordinators, and fellow developers to build, edit, and maintain sites. The web developer, builds website templates, features, and content per design specifications, with a primary focus on building websites into the content management system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience building custom web sites.
- Must be able to provide an online portfolio demonstrating web development projects.
- Must have experience working with Content Management Systems.
- Must have experience with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/and JQuery.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with web frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.) is preferred.
- Usage of build automation tools (Grunt, Gulp, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience with stylesheet scripting languages (LESS, SASS, etc.) is preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Creates web sites per design specifications.
- Builds and reviews to ensure web pages are correct and compatible with the latest and most common versions of popular web browsers.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves errors and technical problems.
- Researches, tests, and quality checks new scripts and technologies to incorporate into web projects.
- Works closely with and provides feedback to project team members to create and maintain web sites.
- Works with junior and senior level team members to accomplish other web site tasks.
- Works to improve and increase knowledge and skills.
