Job Title: Account Coordinator
 
Job Summary: You are a passionate, hardworking individual that is willing to go the extra mile towards ensuring client success! You will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal relationships for the Account Management and Fulfillment teams. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure all campaigns are fully functioning and deadlines are met.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Documenting notes during meetings with internal fulfillment teams and conference calls with clients
  • Scheduling tasks for internal Fulfillment teams, communicate proper timelines between Account Management team and Fulfillment teams
  • Setup of internal tracking tools
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and knowledge of client and the industries, products and services, and internal communication process
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of digital marketing experience in an agency environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing products including Organic SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Media
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
