Job Description for Network Admin - VoIP
- Must have networking experience.
- Must have strong IP and VoIP protocol interoperability troubleshooting skills.
- Must have experience with Shell scripting (ksh, sh, csh, bash)
- Must have experience with Scripting languages Python, Tcl, Java, Perl, API SOAP/REST a plus
- Must be able to work multiple projects at a time.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Cisco 4321 Routers
- Experience with Cisco Meraki
- Experience with Arcana software a plus
- Must have experience with Wireshark and other protocol monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Must have networking experience.
- Must have experience various network tools, Solarwinds, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, NetZoom, Scrutinizer.
- Experience with Scripting languages Python, Tcl, Java, Perl, API SOAP/REST a plus
- Must be able to work multiple projects at a time.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills.
