Primary responsibilities:
  • Manage email marketing campaign process for multiple brands including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Create email reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email program.
  • Champion continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, template development in collaboration with multiple brand stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more.
    • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Managers, and creative teams to execute flawless email campaigns
  • Manage enterprise campaign calendar including all the Companies Brands.
  • Experience in managing email campaigns of at least 1 million emails per month in scale
  • Proven ability to work with multiple ESPs, and fluency with basic tenets of email system architecture
  • Proven, demonstrated ability to analyze data
  • Attention to detail in producing deliverables while understanding big-picture objectives and strategy
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiar with email best practices, technologies and trends
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • Develop and document business processes and workflows to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Excellent reporting skills with ability to not only gather the appropriate data, but also glean insight to improve the performance of marketing programs
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Well-organized with excellent planning and project management skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Oversee list segmentation strategies to increase engagement and retention and to get the right message to the right person at the right time.
  • Pro-actively identify and implement opportunities for program and process improvements.
  • Monitor email reputation and deliverability. Track & optimize campaigns based on deliverability, inbox placement & unsubscribe rate.
 
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2-3+ years of email marketing experience, including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ability to learn technical systems and in-house tools quickly.
  • Strong project management skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead small working teams
