Director of Partner Development (Direct Hire!!)
Location: Clawson, MI
Are you someone who thrives from creating and maintaining relationships? Do you have a “hunter like” mentality when it comes to seeking new business partnerships? Are socializing and networking in your DNA? If you answered yes to all of the above, then we need YOU! Our client is looking for a Director of Partner Development to champion and own our company Referral Partner channel. The primary objective of our referral partner program is to continually increase the volume of sales leads. The Director of Partner Development will identify the right partners for our organization and will develop strategies to ensure continued growth in our Referral Partner Channel.
Primary Skills & Experience
Driving engagement and generating leads

Communicating and networking (both locally and on a national level)
Branding and marketing
Building and maintaining lifelong relationships
Identifying target prospects

Reviewing, updating and maintaining pipelines

Additional Skills and Experience
You have an existing network/rolodex
You have a proven track record of success and progression within partner/customer relationship management in the B2B environment
You have experience coordinating services across multiple departments to drive revenue
You have a background in the payment processing industry and/or in organizational process development and management (not required but preferred)
