- Windows Server and Active Directory (user management, package management, filesystem file permissions, performance troubleshooting)
- Shell Scripting (PowerShell)
- System Deployments
- Documentation and Skills Transfer – Position will be responsible for documenting procedures to address frequent requests and to train emerging Tier1/2 helpdesk.
- Virtualization – VMWare (INTEL), Nutanix experience is a bonus
- Unix (RHEL/Linux) support is a bonus
