POSITION SUMMARY:
 This position is responsible for the overall functioning of the Salesforce existing implementation as well as the continuous improvement for all user groups. This includes, but is not limited, to Sales and Service cloud, Communities, add-on solutions, interfaces, and Five 9 Dialer.  Salesforce Architect will design and architect solutions based on existing implementation of Salesforce. In addition, this position is also responsible for performing configuration, Apex/Visual Force development, testing, implementation, documentation, and updating tasks relating to the Salesforce system and other integrated applications. The ideal candidate should have the right mix of business analysis skills and passion for leveraging Salesforce capabilities to solve business challenges. This position requires strong business acumen and the talent to be part of a team deploying complex Salesforce.com projects with major integration components using AppExchange. The ideal candidate must be innovative, possess the ability to communicate effectively and help the company foster change. 
 
 
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
 

Essential Functions: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.

 
  • Implement, and manage multi-channel CRM technical solutions designed to meet business and customer requirements.
·       Enhance and maintain the implementation of Salesforce Service and Sales cloud, Dashboard and Reports, Communities (Customer and Partner) and any custom objects etc.
·       Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, Visual Flow, Page layouts, email alerts and templates, and data validation, triggers and test classes;
·       Develop and maintain Visualforce and Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions, for example PeopleImport, Demand tools, DocuSign, DrawLoop etc.
·       Enhance Salesforce functionality through Apex code and triggers as needed
  • Assist business with De-duping leads, contacts and accounts on on-going basis using CRM Fusion demand tools
  • Data management through data loader
  • Support and enhance Cast Iron integrations
·       Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
·       Train new and existing users on how to use system features and processes;
·       Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution
·       Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations
·       Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as Salesforce applications are developed.
·       Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs
·       Contribute on the technical side of business projects and create solutions to meet challenges (including performing detailed analysis of technical and business requirements)
·       Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed. Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines.
  • Regularly assess CRM applications and tools to identify and implement efficiencies and potential opportunities for improvement.
  • May require occasional night and weekend work.
  • Travel as needed.
