Our Client is seeking an Implementation Consultant who will develop processes to implement systems or enterprise-wide solutions using the company’s hardware or software.

ESSENTIAL FUCTIONS

• Using business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using the company’s or a third-party’s hardware/software products
• Participates in the design, development, testing, and installation of solutions for a customer environment
• Supports existing customer installations
• Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing customer infrastructure
• Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities
• Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization
• Viewed by customers as a consultant
• May assist less experienced peers and contribute to project planning and estimation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of six to nine years of experience in related field; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or data processing field
• Specific experience and expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Has a wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues
• Exercises good judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluations criteria for obtaining solutions
• Excellent Knowledge of company products and services
• Excellent knowledge of financial and banking industry, and competitive market environment
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Working knowledge of database techniques and SQL development in a MS Windows environment
• Experience with web-based technology and deployment
• Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple complex projects
• Able to work without organizational authority in a lateral direction across organizational boundaries to identify business information needs and to implement application that fulfill them
