Quality Control Opening
Customers- Interface with the customers’ quality personnel
- Champion effective resolution of customer quality concerns
Suppliers- Work with suppliers to resolve product problems and assure compliance with internal and customer requirements
- Track supplier issues and report on quality performance
- Perform PPAP functions for approval from our customers
Internal- Work with Industrial Engineering to design and implement production quality initiatives
- Define policies and procedures for the quality department based on customer and internal requirements

- Ability to negotiate difficult issues with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-passed, customer-focused environment
- Computer literate – primarily Microsoft Office; i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
