Account Manager- Hospital Medical Sales;  Well known leader and strong growth company in medical devices and medical disposable products.  This huge benefit company is seeking an experienced hospital sales person to maintain and GROW current business and obtain NEW business!  Call points are heavily weighted within the Hospital setting: Acute Care focus! You will be calling on WOCN Nurse Professionals, Vascular Surgeons, Podiatrists and other Wound Care Physician professionals to sell current and exciting upcoming line additions!  This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture that supports work life balance for its employees. They are looking for a proven hospital sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and high energy, who knows how to drive sales and not only achieve quota, BUT TO excel and perform in the of their ranked sales force CONSISTENTLY, year after year, and can prove it!  
  
 
Position Location and Coverage
  • Based out of Los Angeles, CA
  • Los Angeles and Great Los Angeles Area (Key Account Approach to sales management)
Compensation:
 
  • Base from 65K to 80K (variable on experience)
  • Commission at plan: 48K UNCAPPED (6.5K quarterly commission, 26K annual comission guarantee!)
  • 120K low to 130K high
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

Required Skills

*MINIMUM 3 years Medical Sales background.
*Must have experience selling medical products to nurses or doctors and best if into a hospital/acute care setting.
*Understands and has a medical product line that includes strong relationship selling.
*Must be a consistent sales performer hitting and exceeding quotas and have the numbers to prove it!
*Lives in area of coverage
*4 year degree a must (no exceptions).
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple jobs (job hopping).
* Must have a STRONG drive and desire to take on the territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and make it their own!
