Account Manager-Hospital Medical Sales; Global leader and strong growth medical disposable company seeking Hospital Sales Rep. in the hospital medical disposable marketplace! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture.  They are looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to drive sales. They prefer someone with a Minimum of 3 years experience selling medical products in a hospital or medical sales environment through an established dealer network. They are open to Business to Business Sales performers, but B2B sales background candidates MUST BE TOP SALES Performers (and can prove it). 

Working under the direction of the Division Manager, you will be responsible for growing the preserving the existing customer base in the Acute Care Market Segment (Hospitals are their main focus), conducting “In-Service” and educational meetings with Nurse, Physician and Material Manager end users in the Hospital Setting and developing new business. As product expert you will partner and train distributors on their line of products and take part in vendor fairs and other promotional activities.
 

Position Location and Coverage:
  • Candidate must live in San Antonio, TX
  • Local Territory; NO OVERNIGHTS!
Compensation:
  • Base 60K to 65K
  • Uncapped Commission at plan: 60K
  • 120K to 125K total at plan
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!

CAREER TIPS:
Required Skills

*MUST have 4 year college degree.
*Minimum 3 to 4 years of successful outside sales background.
*Prefer medical sales background, but will entertain a strong B2B sales background: ADP, Paychex, Enterprise Rental Car with top sales and/or promotions.
*PREFERRED experience selling medical products into a hospital or nursing home or alternate care environment.
*Consistent DOCUMENTED over quota sales performance
*Lives in desired home base of territory
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple job hopping.



Optional Skills

* Wound Care Sales or Skin Care Sales a real plus, but not required.
*PREFERRED experience selling within a hospital sales setting
*Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful medical disposable experience PREFERRED.
*Very open to medical distributor sales background person.
