Position will  provide administrative support to the human resources staff on daily tasks and special projects. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a general office environment with established duties such as, scanning, reporting, email and phone responses.
  • Basic experience with MS Office Products

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responds to and tracks employee questions/concerns through the Symposium call system and general Human Resources email address.
  • Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized people.
  • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
  • Files employee records into Synergy databases
  • Phone and Email support
