Job Description
Position will provide administrative support to the human resources staff on daily tasks and special projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a general office environment with established duties such as, scanning, reporting, email and phone responses.
- Basic experience with MS Office Products
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responds to and tracks employee questions/concerns through the Symposium call system and general Human Resources email address.
- Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized people.
- Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
- Files employee records into Synergy databases
- Phone and Email support
