Medical Device Sales Position for BtoB !!;  Leading designer and manufacturer of medical device products in the respiratory care and acute care marketplace selling into well over 110 countries!  They are proud of their consistent sales growth over the many years and continued launch of new innovative medical device products that assist medical doctors in improving patient care and outcomes. This is an opportunity for a STRONG Business to Business Sales person to get right into the Medical Device Sales arena calling upon key influencers: Cardiologists, Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), Pulmonary, & General Physicians!    

They are looking for a proven Business to Business sales professional with a hunter mentality and spirit with high energy, who knows how to relationship sell to preserve and grow business, as well as drive new sales and not only achieve quota, BUT TO excel and perform in the top 5% of their ranked sales force CONSISTENTLY, year after year, and can prove it!  The right candidate must have TOP performing Business to Business sales and no job hopping!  Presidents Awards People PLEASE apply!  They ONLY want strong Business to Business sales people (PLEASE; no pharma!).
 
Position Location and Coverage
  • Based out Des Moines, IA
  • Covers all of Iowa (except for Quad Cities) and all of South Dakota
  • up to 50% 
Compensation:
  • Base range from 45K to 50K plus uncapped commission of 41K with Guarantee for first 6 months.
  • 95K low to 105K high end first year, experienced sales representatives make 130K to 140K plus
  • Generous $650 per month car allowance plus GAS !!
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

Required Skills

* MINIMUM 3 to 5 Years of TOP PERFORMING BtoB Sales (Business to Business) and can prove it with rankings!
* ONLY will consider BtoB sales from a product sell NOT services: want copier sales, Xerox, Pitney Bowes, ADP, PAYCHEX, Yellow Pages, Staples Center Outside Sales, Cintas-Uniform Sales, Gallo Wine, HUSTLE and HUNTER type backgrounds.
*President AWARDS HIGHLY valued and will be given TOP consideration.
*Understands how to move business hunting new sales and developing solid customer relationships!
*Lives in desired home base of territory
*4 year degree a must (no exceptions).
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple jobs (job hopping).
* MUST BE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED or no more than 8 weeks out from last day of work.
* Must have a STRONG drive and desire to take on a developed territory and maintain AND GROW the business to beyond quota!
