General Summary

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Programming and development of MS access application with SQL Server backend.
• Administration and Programming of SQL Server
• Collaborate with department managers and staff to define requirements and identify development opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet the business needs.
• Create and manage SQL statements and Stored Procedures
• Follow appropriate change management procedures when implementing changes.
• Create and maintain appropriate documentation of business and technical requirements
• Assist with implementation of new applications
• Develop processes and extract data necessary for operational and financial reporting
• Assist with other computer related hardware and software issues
• Analyze performance of business unit and recommend adjustments to meet operational targets
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience
• Programming experience in SQL and MS Access
• Proficient in MS applications; Advanced knowledge of office systems, word processing, database management
• Complete working knowledge of company operations
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Organization and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
