The Implementation Analyst is responsible for a range of implementation activities designed to achieve a high level of client service and satisfaction during their implementation to Partner Platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with agency from start to finish during the implementation process.
Obtain agency information from Discovery
Create, edit and install test files to the agency.
Receive, load and map all data from the agency for conversion.
Run the conversion and verify data was converted.
Modify and fix any issues from various Third Party systems.
Communicate effectively and professionally in both written and spoken forms.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility in scheduling to meet agency needs with short turnaround.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to follow through on issue resolution with minimal supervision.
Four year degree or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks.
Self-directed individual, with strong organizational skills, who is proactive and creative.
Excellent communication skills with people at all organizational levels
