Our client's product development team is currently seeking a Technical Lead on a contract to hire basis (6 Month Conversion Date). This role will work specifically with Microsoft Technologies and participates in the application and database technical designs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in software development
• Minimum of 3 years working within Microsoft technologies

Knowledge and Skills

• Microsoft development technologies which may include any or all of the following: C#, .NET, MVC, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and BizTalk
• Web development technologies which may include any or all of the following: server and client-side scripting, JavaScript, web services, CSS, HTML,
• Troubleshooting, analysis and problem resolution skills
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal assistance
