Responsibilities:- Support internal users on Mac, Microsoft, and mobile devices
- Support internal users on printer connectivity and networking
- Assist with Active Directory accounts. This includes new hires, terminations, as well as password changes.
- Document help desk procedures
- Record all help desk support issues
- Configure, and install computer equipment
- Maintain printers / coordinate service repairs
- Monitor and analyze network performance
- Identify and remedy network performance issues
- Troubleshoot servers
Job Requirements:- College degree preferred in information technology
- 1 to 3 years experience providing first level support in a help desk environment
- COMPTIA A+ and / or COMPTIA Network + certifications preferred
- Customer service mindset and time management skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards
- Must have troubleshooting skills and able to draw conclusions
- Capable of managing tasks and objectives with limited supervision
- Must be willing to work after hours and weekends as required
- Able to pay close attention to details
- Must be able to speak with and interact with C-Level Executives
