Responsibilities:
  • Support internal users on Mac, Microsoft, and mobile devices
  • Support internal users on printer connectivity and networking
  • Assist with Active Directory accounts.  This includes new hires, terminations, as well as password changes.
  • Document help desk procedures
  • Record all help desk support issues
  • Configure, and install computer equipment
  • Maintain printers /  coordinate service repairs
  • Monitor and analyze network performance
  • Identify and remedy network performance issues
  • Troubleshoot servers
 
Job Requirements:
  • College degree preferred in information technology
  • 1 to 3 years experience providing first level support in a help desk environment
  • COMPTIA A+ and / or COMPTIA Network + certifications preferred
  • Customer service mindset and time management skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards
  • Must have troubleshooting skills and able to draw conclusions
  • Capable of managing tasks and objectives with limited supervision
  • Must be willing to work after hours and weekends as required
  • Able to pay close attention to details
  • Must be able to speak with and interact with C-Level Executives
