Operating Room - Clinical Sales Rep (CSR): A young and vibrant leading soft tissue repair medical company dedicated to advancing the science and commercialization of a full suite of tissue repair solutions is looking for an Experienced Clinical or Sales Support Professional who has high energy and a desire to succeed and learn a fascinating newer technology selling to Orthopedic Surgeons, E.R. Trauma Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons or any physician who is centered upon soft tissue surgery. The ideal candidate has experience within the operating room environment and most importantly, knows how to introduce AND SELL new technology. In short, knows how to create a market!
Position Location and Coverage- Based out of Orange County
- Covers Orange County and Inland Empire
- Nominal overnights for territory, plus limited overnights for training, trade shows and company meetings
- Base salary 65k/yr with realistic 100k total first year
- $500 Car allowance plus all gas (corporate gas card!)
- Travel Expenses

*STRONGLY prefer Operating Room clinical background or someone who has been in the OR environment.
*Driven, confident, hard working & high energy person
*Understands what it takes to support sales & help grow sales.
*STRONG preference for someone who has experience with Trauma,Orthopedic or Plastic Surgeons.
*Operating Room Clinical backgrounds who want sales or have previous sales support role
- Optional Skills

*4 Year College Degree preferred but not required.
*Prefer experience selling to physicians new concept products.
*Documented Successful Pharmaceutical or Nonmed Sales experience.
