Job Title: Lead Software Developer
Job Summary: You’ll be responsible for helping the architect team and building complex business systems for the delivery of service to end customers, as well as the key contributor for design of new applications and related infrastructures. You will help prototype, implement and deploy applications and services, and guide the development team through the software development life cycle including support and maintenance. You’re highly skilled and will be part of supporting and managing a team targeted to drive substantial business change rapidly.
You will design and architect elegant scalable real-time applications to help meet business requirements, code solutions using appropriate languages while helping to drive the improvement of internal coding standards and best practices, study system flow, data usage and user workflows to develop solutions for both internal and external customers, and interface with cross functional business units to collect business and end-user requirements. You will author design specifications for new software solutions to drive internal development team, help design and drive continuous improvements within the software development life cycle, help enforce technical architecture and documentation standards, policies and quality assurance procedures, and establish and drive testing and quality assurance procedures for new products through development to go-live.
You will provide support for project management tasks including planning, reporting and adherence, work direct with inbound contact center teams to provide solutions to them, and mentor and empower Developers through knowledge transfer and coding guidance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
7+ years of experience with software architecture and designing complex integrated business systems
5+ years of relevant programming experience using C# and .Net
Ability to define architecture, design complex integrated systems while developing technical depth and expertise in contact center operations
Strong passion and experience delivering highly compelling, quality consumer experiences through intuitive solution designs
Ability to analyze operational processes and enact change through the delivery of customer solutions to meet business needs
Excellent coding and development skills with experience in C#, .NET, XML, HTML, and MS SQL.
Experience in cross platform application development and integration and building scalable WCF/WPF applications including web services
